Communication: something that is communicated by or to or between people or groups!!!
On a scale of 1-10 our church is scoring about a -3 in the communication department. I believe it is one of our greatest struggles. In the spirit of this class I feel that we need to put our minds together and put together some “out of the box” ideas for communication.
So here is where we are…..the only forms of communication are the bulletin, the TV screens in the sanctuary and a monthly news letter. I know we can do better than this. Here is what I need. Think about the places you serve at church and the best way to funnel the information to them. Think about how companies get there information to you. Then let me know what ideas you have and I will take them to leadership.
I think that we need to think outside the box and we need to incorporate many different forms of communication. This cant be a one fix covers everyone type of thing. I need your ideas and your help. Think about all the people that come and go and never know what we are doing and where we need help. Throw your ideas on the website or email them to me. Thank you because I know that you guys will come up with some great stuff!!!!!
